Matt Clark & Rob Worthington Join Partnership
Shea Nerland LLP (formerly Shea Nerland Calnan) is pleased to announce that Matt Clark and Rob Worthington have joined the partnership of the firm.
Matt has been with the firm since 2002 and Rob has been with the firm since 2011.
Matt Clark, LLB, practices in our Tax and Estate Planning Group. He is well versed in all areas of Canadian tax law. Matt also has significant experience in successfully resolving controversies before the Canada Revenue Agency, as well as representing clients before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Rob Worthington, LLB, practices in our Tax and Estate Planning Group with a focus on advising individuals and businesses in structuring both domestic and international investments and business operations. He has implemented corporate reorganizations for a variety of businesses and provided tax advice on public and private financing transactions. Robert has successfully negotiated voluntary disclosures with the Canada Revenue Agency and obtained favourable outcomes for taxpayers in dispute resolutions.
